    Casa chiusa da tempo, odore di muffa ovunque compreso i teli da bagno , tv non funzionante ,

    Appartamento comodo ma potrebbe essere meglio valorizzato

    Appartamento spazioso, due camere da letto con letti matrimoniali ed un divano letto, due bagni entrambi con doccia; cucina con il necessario. Posizione favolosa a due passi da Duomo.

    Manca l'aria condizionata, c'è solo un piccolo ventilatore e con le temperature e l'umidità di agosto abbiamo un po' sofferto. La mancanza di deumidificazione si è avvertita con umidità e cattivo odore. Non è obbligatorio nè necessario o dovuto, ma far trovare una bottiglia d'acqua al fresco in frigo poteva essere un bel pensiero, come anche qualche "gadget" in più per la cucina e i bagni.
