    Insgesamt sehr positiver Eindruck und sehr zu empfehlen!

    Gute Atmosphäre, viel Platz (zwei Badezimmer, großer Esstisch), alles sehr sauber und vieles hochwertig (Parkett, Vollholzmöbel), alles hat gut funktioniert (Geräte, Warmwasser etc.), sehr gutes Doppelbett, Fenster gut zu verdunkeln, sehr gepflegtes und sicheres Haus mit vielen Gästewohnungen (5. Stock, mit Fahrstuhl, sehr sicher schließende Eingangstür, zeitweise Portier am Empfang, angenehme Nachbarn), architektonisch spannend: Zugang zu den Wohnungen über Gänge, die an einem über 5 Geschosse offenen, überdachten Innenhof liegen (s. Fotos). Die Fenster der Wohnung gehen nach Osten - von einem Platz am Esstisch aus hat man einen Blick auf die Lagune :-) (s. Fotos) Vor der Haustür steht man direkt am Kanal. Zwei Vaporetto-Haltestellen sind in Reichweite (jeweils 7–8 Minuten zu Fuß). Sehr praktisch: die Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus ist mit direkter Verbindung zum Flughafen. Supermarkt Coop in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar – mit dem vorhandenen Einkaufstrolley muss man nichts tragen. Vermieter bei Problemen gut erreichbar und sofort hilfsbereit (uns fehlte eine Bettdecke). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt :-)

    Im Oktober brauchten wir bei 20 Grad Außentemperatur weder Heizung noch Kühlung. Die Klimaanlage (bzw. Lüftung?) lief jedoch rund um die Uhr, war deutlich hörbar und ließ sich nicht regulieren. Ab Mittag etwas dunkle Wohnung. Beleuchtung am Esstisch nicht optimal. Geräusche aus der darüberliegenden Wohnung teilweise hörbar (Schritte), aber nicht laut und nicht störend. Das Schlafsofa war für die darauf schlafende Person (ca. 80 kg) nicht besonders bequem; sie hat dort nicht gut geschlafen. Ein paar wenige Mücken, insgesamt aber kein großes Problem. Mückenschutzmittel und etwas gegen Mückenstiche dabeizuhaben, kann dennoch nicht schaden.
