    Good location, but daily clean never happens

    Location is convenient, a bit too noisy during the evening though. The online key works smoothly, which was good.

    The room's temperature control didn't work, and it was too warm. There is a window, but the air didn't circulate well, so it was quite unpleasant after taking a shower. More seriously, although the manager told me that the cleaning team provides daily cleaning, this didn't happen during my one-week stay. The manager sent me a photo showing a "Do not disturb" card on my door, but I NEVER put it there myself at any point during my stay. So the cleaning team most likely placed the card and took the photo themselves, either to have an excuse for not cleaning every day or simply to slack off. I raised this with the manager, but my messages were ignored. As a result, I had to go without toilet paper for the final two days.

    O quarto é amplo e confortável. Apesar de não ter recepção, resolvi tudo que precisei pelo WhatsApp. Estava tensa por conta dos comentários sobre barulho, mas a estadia foi beeem tranquila, consegui dormir perfeitamente. Importante dizer que fica no 1andar de escada, a subida é fácil
