    Location was good,,,room was clean,,nice to have a pool,,

    Upon arrival there was no one to check in,,repeated phone calls went unanswered. I finally called Booking.com they tried and no answer...finally after 45mins the host contacted me..and we got checked in..he also insisted we pay cash for the tourist tax even though our confirmation showed it was paid. Our hot water stopped working and communication via WhatsApp went unanswered ,,finally a guest staying next door was able make some calls and fix it himself,,,
