Extremely pleasant stay
Perfect apartment. Clean, modern and had a fully equipped kitchen with quality items. Host was very helpful answering our enquires. Highly recommend if visiting Foggia.

Book at your own peril
On arrival host wanted to charge us extra for the second bed even though the booking was already made for two beds. 'The included parking' is on street so hit and miss if you get a space. The property is in ZTL zone so again, parking is limited. The icing on the cake - the afternoon before departure day the host enquired about the departure time. We were driving at the time and didn't respond. When we got back, we had to cook dinner and put our small children to bed. At 8.30pm someone knocked on the door. When we opened the door, a lady that we've never seen before, started shouting at us in Italian. She kept on screaming, wouldn't listen to us trying to tell her that we don't understand Italian. The only word we understood was carabinieri so basically she was threatening us with police. We shut the door as we had two small children with us who were getting alarmed by that point. The lady stood outside for around half an hour still shouting. It turns out that was the landlady shouting at us because we didn't reply to her message that was sent 3h earlier. I don't know if this is acceptable behaviour but just a suggestion - next time sending a reminder text would be more fruitful. We also received multiple reminders to leave the place clean... Avoid avoid avoid! This was the worst stay we've ever had on booking.com. Wouldn't recommend it to families.
