I had a phenomenal time here, the location was perfect, close to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes. Riccardo was an exceptional host, he is gifted! I arrived early, he then placed the suitcase in the room (which was early), then contacted me. I was celebrating my birthday and he and team made it special. An happy birthday calligraphy was on my bed. Water, snacks, teas and all the essentials were present. So thoughtful for clients, very homey.

A beautiful room to enjoy Venice!
Like almost every review mentions, Ricardo was an absolute gem! He was so attentive and helpful and kind. The room itself is spotless and so much detail was put into making guests feel comfortable and welcomed, including a bottle of Prosecco!!! The location is in an alley which allowed it to be more quiet than I would imagine others. And yet it was just a few steps away from a plethora of restaurants and bars and everything you need. Would recommend!

Wir würden den nächsten Aufenthalt wieder bei ihnen buchen.
Unser Reiseanlass war die Biennale. Dafür lag die Unterkunft perfekt in einer schmalen Gasse, nur wenige Minuten zu den Giardini und Arsenale. In dem Viertel gab es viele Restaurants, Bars und Möglichkeiten zum Frühstück. Im Zimmer selbst gab es einen Espressomaschine, kleines Gebäck und täglich frische Wasserflaschen.
