    Passable

    The location near the railway station and town centre is excellent. The apartment is spacious and in a pleasant residential area.

    No heating in April - apparently according to Italian law ! Not well equipped kitchen for self catering. TV only in Italian until we complained and then got BBC news channel. If this place was in UK it would probably be rated 3*

    A thoroughly enjoyable stay

    The appartment was ideally located for easy walking to the town centre, lake side and train station. In addition there was a very good supermarket nearby.

    A larger more useable coffee maker would have been a welcome addition
