Owner was not as helpful as he could’ve been. If it’s your first time in Venice or you have mobility issues I would not
It was clean & away from the heavy foot traffic
It was challenging to find. No help from our contact person when asked the best way to reach the property. Key 🔑 for the first door was not working properly & sent videos but no help from the owner. Key definitely needs to be replaced. Lots of stairs inside apartment - 1st floor bedroom with bathroom, 2nd floor bedroom with bathroom, 3rd floor at top of stairs had kitchen & living room. Hard if you are elderly. It’s your responsibility to find the garbage boat at the end of your stay. Not that easy - cleaning crew should take care of 1 or 2 small bags.

Great spot, and lovely place to spend time.
Great layout and location. Everything was clean and comfortable.
We had a lot of problems with the lock to the courtyard of the property and often took a long time and a feel to get in the door. We also had no hot water in one of the showers. Would have been wonderful to have even just a few coffee pods to get us started.

Could have been great with just a little effort from host.
Location was good. 3 levels was ok and made it quiet with others in apartment.
No air conditioning on 3rd level. No coffee. Limited number of towels. No body soap. Felt like owner was very frugal at the expense of the guests comfort.
