  Nice couples get away

  We had a wonderful time at the apartment! It's clean, comfy, decent kitchen and appliances. The street and the area is usually quiet. The location is really good: closest beach and supermarket 4 minutes, port, central bus station and old town within 15 minutes walking.

  Good to know: The apartment is comfy for 2 persons, more people can barely fit. The elevator is really slow (3-5 minutes/ride) with a limit of max 2 ppl/150 kgs. If you plan a longer stay expect a quick shopping tour to fill your cabinets (toilet paper, salt, sugar, coffee).

  Zalig verblijf

  Zeer goede ligging, mooi ingericht met heel veel opbergmogelijkheden, goed bed, zeer goede badkamer, fantastisch groot terras. Het appartement gaf ons een goed knus gevoel.

  Een co-host is zakelijk, ge hebt geen direct contact. De laatste dagen een probleem met het internet dat niet werd opgelost. De airco in de woonruimte lekt zo hard dat ge hem niet kunt gebruiken en dat probleem bestond al langer las ik op de reviews. Het appartement heeft een prijskaartje en dan mag het ook wel in orde zijn. De tussenpersoon heeft op onze aanvraag een extra laken gegeven waarvoor mijn dank.

  Lokalizacja,wszędzie blisko,taras

  Śmierdząca klimatyzacja w salonie,niedokładne posprzątanie mieszkania,poduszki brudne ,materac z plamami..Bardzo nie wygodne krzesła zarówno na tarasie jak i w salonie przy stole.Lezaki plażowe potargane i nie nadające się do użytku. Ogólnie za tą cenę to szału nie ma.

  L'alloggio è molto confortevole, sia per gli spazi interni, sia per quelli esterni, è dotato di tutti gli accessori e gli elettrodomestici necessari, compresa lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Molto ben posizionato: a pochi passi dal mare del lido, mentre la spiaggia di Maria Pia è anch'essa raggiungibile a piedi con passeggiata di 15-20 minuti. Con breve passeggiata si può raggiungere anche il centro di Alghero. Ristoranti e supermercati vicinissimi. Ha un parcheggio privato poco distante dall'appartamento. Check-in facilissimo con codice e comunicazione con l'host molto efficace.

  Il prezzo è sicuramente molto elevato e ciò è dovuto al periodo ma in generale ai rincari che ogni anno purtoppo noi viaggiatori dobbiamo subire...L'appartamento si trova al 3 piano e l'annuncio diceva che era dotato di ascensore..in realtà si tratta di un montacarichi, che al nostro arrivo non funzionava e abbiamo dovuto portare bagagli e valigie su per le scale..perciò non lo consiglierei a chi ha bambini piccoli come noi o a persone con mobilità ridotta.. Per il resto tutto bene!

  The location is good, it's close to the public beach and promenade, a large supermarket is very near and the old town is within walking distance (15 minutes' walk). There is a reserved parking place within a block around the corner. We received all possible instructions from the rental agency, from boiler use and specific waste separation to Alghero restaurants and nearby beaches, which was indeed useful. The size of the apartment is very good, it does have all the amenities enlisted, but in the near future it will need some refurbishing or thorough, in-depth cleaning in order to justify its price.

  Chairs on the balcony are very uncomfortable. TV is in the dining room. Dish sponge and cloth under the sink were dirty, there was a plastic table cover in the washing machine, window curtains are shabby.
