    Excellent

    What a perfect stay! We loved everything abut Residenza Maritti. The location is perfect. We had the suite and were in awe of the view from the windows. The room was large and very comfortable. We loved the rooftop terrace which we enjoyed after dinner. We walked to all the sites. We appreciated the easy check-in, prompt communications and the help booking a taxi to the airport. The breakfast at the restaurant around the corner was delicious. We would definitely stay again.

    Ótima localização, funcionários gentis.

    Funcionários muito gentis e cordiais desde a nossa chegada. O hotel lembra muito uma casa, não tem frigobar no quarto mas cada andar possui uma cozinha compartilhada com os quartos deste piso, em relação a isso não tivemos nenhum problema, deixávamos nossas coisas identificadas e tudo certo. A limpeza também estava ótima e a localização também é muito boa, pertinho de tudo e principalmente do Coliseu. O quarto não é muito espaçoso, então pra quem tem muitas malas vai ser difícil mantê-las abertas no chão como a gente faz geralmente, e o meu único ponto é que o tamanho do box do chuveiro é muito pequeno, uma pessoa gordinha não consegue tomar banho ali sem ter que abrir as portas não. No mais, isso foi só um detalhe que acho interessante compartilhar, mas nossa estadia foi ótima e eu recomendo totalmente.

    Perfect in every way!

    Check in and communication during the days before check in were very helpful and prompt. Owners were especially gracious and helpful. View from the terrace and also the near patio were amazing! Wish we had planned more days in Rome at the Maritti. They also helped with arranging a car to the airport.

    The staff very friendly and clean rooms

    The location couldn't have been better. We were able to walk to the majority of the location we wanted. The rooftop views were stunning. Great view for sunsets.

    Bathroom was on the smaller side
