    Nice Apartments with Plenty of Space

    The apartments are very close to the Vatican and a reasonable walk to a Metro station. The apartments are also just a couple hundred feet from a very lively street that has many restaurants, cafes, McDonalds (sometimes one gets tired of eating pastries for breakfast), and other shops. Yes, establishments on this street cater to tourists, but convenient none-the-less. We were a group of three couples and rented two apartments and the Chalet. The Chalet is a separate building behind the apartment building and offers slightly more room than the standard apartments. The apartments are studio style with a kitchenette, dining table, couch, bed, and bathroom. The Chalet offered a kitchenette, living room (couch and table), bathroom, and a separate bedroom. The apartments/Chalet are certainly not luxurious but offer a nice place to stay that beats staying in a cramped hotel room. Best of all, the Air Conditioning worked well. I give it a 9.0 primarily because of the location and it met our space needs at a reasonable price.

    At least while we stayed, there was a mosquito problem in all the apartments. In fact, in the Chalet we noticed mosquitoes squashed on the wall from previous visitors. The cleaning could have been a bit better. The apartments were by no means dirty, but it is the little things you notice like the squashed mosquitoes and the moldy shower that make one wonder. In addition to the moldy shower, other bathroom fixtures were in a state of excessive wear; functional but in need of replacement.

    Modern verblijf met perfecte ligging

    De ligging was perfect. Vanuit het verblijf even naar rechts lopen en je stond quasi op het St. Pietersplein. En ga je direct links loop je zo een straatje in vol met gezellige terrasjes. De toegang ( die wij digitaal toegestuurd kregen voor de 1e entree) werkte perfect. Daarna lag er op de kamer een sleutel die je de andere dagen gebruikte. De kamer was schoon, modern en compleet en de ligging is echt ideaal. Een prima plek om de stad goed te verkennen.
