    posizione perfetta - ad un passo dalla termini - pulizi ottima e il gestore gentilisismo

    che non ci fosse la colazione non servirebbe molto un cappucino delle briosche dello yourght visto che non costa poco ci starebbe bene

    Tolle Unterkunft in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes Rom

    Wir wurden in der Residenza Praetoria herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen, was für uns besonders schön war. Der Besitzer ist ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders praktisch waren der Kühlschrank sowie die Möglichkeit zur Kaffee- und Teezubereitung. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und gleichzeitig in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Von dort aus erreicht man die Innenstadt und den Trevi-Brunnen in etwa 30 Minuten. Wir können die Residenza Praetoria uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

    Shame about owner not doing anything about a major issue

    Brilliant location in a beautiful building

    No water! Owner said he could do nothing, would have a dribble of a shower from 4 pm onwards, first thing we couldn’t get water out of taps or flush loo! How they cleaned without water? It was 30oc….. you really expect a shower….
