Ma potencjał, ale potrzebuje ,,odświeżenia’’
Dość duży, dobrze wyposażony apartament w centrum miasta.
Czystość w obiekcie niestety pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Każdy z kilku ręczników, które otrzymaliśmy miały plamy (dość obrzydliwe, jak to na ręcznikach bywa) i nieprzyjemnie pachniały, zostały nam dostarczone nowe, jednak wcale nie w lepszym stanie :/ można było przynajmniej wierzyć, że ręczniki są wyprane, ale po prostu stare. Dodatkowo na pościeli również było mnóstwo plam, łazienka nie była dobrze domyta, w wannie były włosy, a niektóre ze szklanek i talerzy były brudne, tak że przed użyciem konieczne było ich wymycie. To niestety bardzo wpłynęło na jakość pobytu i na to, że nie czuliśmy się w apartamencie dobrze, mimo że przestrzeń, wyposażenie i lokalizacja były w porządku. Wystarczyłoby zainwestować w nowe tekstylia i zadbać trochę bardziej o sprzątanie, a apartament na pewno byłby godny polecenia.

Tolle kleine Stadtwohnung in sehr zentraler Lage
Tolle Lage, Wohnung mit Geschirrspüler und Balkon, kleines Badezimmer mit Zugang vom Balkon aus, sehr zentral mit Gartenzugang. Viel Ausstattung (Küche, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine..)
Die Handtücher waren leider etwas muffig, eine heiße Wäsche würde ihnen sicher gut tun. Wir hatten zu wenig Toilettenpapier und man kann nicht vor der Wohnung das Gepäck ausladen, auch weiter weg muss man für alle Parkplätze zahlen (2€/ Stunde von 8.00-22.00 Uhr) - es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze wie ursprünglich angekündigt.

Good location, one step from the center. Despite it located in the heart of Riva, apartment was very quiet. The apartments are equipped with everything necessary. Marco is very friendly owner.
I was surprised by the location of the bathroom on the balcony. The apartment is too small for more than two people.
