The best experience, the hosts are incredible, rooms are spacitious and clean, location is perfect
Where do I start?! The hosts were incredible; before we arrived, they WhatsApped information about travelling to the hotel and advised on places to eat and visit. They arranged our water taxi to the hotel and met us at the dock! Such incredible, personal service. We arrived at lunchtime with hungry kids, and Cristina called ahead to book us a table at a nearby restaurant that was incredible. Such a wonderful family that owns and runs the hotel, its like a home away from home. They were available on whatsap the whole say and booked our water taxis when we needed it, didnt matter the day or time. The rooms are big and clean, very comfortable. The location is perfect, next to the Grand Canal yet on a quiet square. It is perfect for sightseeing and very close and convenient to everywhere. We look forward to our next visit!

Es war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt in der Residenza San Silvestro und wir waren wieder rundum zufrieden (tolle Lage, sehr sauber, große Zimmer, bequeme Betten). Beim ersten Mal haben wir die Unterkunft wegen der guten Lage gebucht. Wir waren bei unserer Ankunft aber auch sehr begeistert von der herzlichen Gastgeberin und ihrer Tochter Elena, weshalb wir die Unterkunft bereits zum zweiten Mal gewählt haben. Sie haben uns mit tollen Insidertipps versorgt. Egal ob Frühstückslokal, Restaurant für den Abend oder Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die beiden kennen sich aus und wissen wo das echte Venedig statt findet. Durch sie konnten wir ein authentisches Venedig abseits der Touristenmassen erleben. Wir würden auch in Zukunft wieder dort buchen und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.

Della struttura mi è piaciuto tutto comodo come posizione pulitissima la stanza non mancava niente e Elena è la mamma sono delle perfette padrone di casa in tutto da come tengono la Residenza ai consigli che ci hanno dato .Bravi tutti
