    Ubicacion, facilidad de trato y amabilidad

    Me parecio un poco excesivo que pidan a los clientes retirar las bolsas de basura. Sobre todo sin conocer bien el lugar. El punto no estaba cerca y algunos contenedores eran de llave. Creo que seria mas logico que en el precio de la limpieza se incluyera la retirada de residuos. Sin mas, es solo por comentar....

    Posizione fantastica, appartamento spazioso

    Posizione fantastica, con affaccio diretto sulla Basilica di Santa Croce. L'appartamento era molto pulito, confortevole e spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario e di aria condizionata, che di questi tempi è essenziale. Ottima anche la comunicazione con l'host. Essendo in un palazzo storico le scale sono ripide e strette quindi attenzione se avete bagagli pesanti, bambini o problemi a salire le scale.

    Average for the amount we paid.

    It was not stated that there is no lift. I got the room at 3rd floor without lift with baggages. Not recomended for those with alot of luggage. Airconds provided but all not cold. We had misserable nights during summer in Aug 2026. Call the hose the answer given aircond is running it's just weather asthough we have not used airconds in our country.

    No lift. Highest floor. Airconds should be well service before you sell your rooms.
