Great stay in the heart of Olbia! We really enjoyed our stay at Residenze Civitas. The location was excellent — right in central Olbia and within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, and the waterfront. It was a great place to stay while exploring the city and also a convenient base for our day trips around northern Sardinia. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and communication throughout our stay was easy. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend Residenze Civitas to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay in Olbia.

Appartamento piccolo ma accogliente, pulito e curato. Ha tutte le comodità necessarie.
Posizione ottima, centro Olbia comodissimo, peccato per i parcheggi poco vicini perché posto in ZTL. Camera in ottime condizioni. Servizi ottimi.
Parcheggi poco vicini, essendo ZTL c’erano da fare 10 minuti di camminata, con le valige diventa scomodo.

Fantastic, will visit again.
I had such a wonderful stay here and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The accommodation was beautiful, comfortable and clean, and you can really tell that a lot of care and attention has gone into making guests feel welcome. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area while still having a relaxing place to come back to. What really stood out was the hospitality — genuinely welcoming. I felt completely at home throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable and well looked after.
