    La vista al exterior desde el balcón, cocina y sala/comedor a través de una continuidad de ventanas y mamparas que conformaban la fachada del departamento de último piso con vista a la calle.

    Que el tragaluz que ilumina los dormitorios de este departamento sean compartidos con área de sala comedor de pisos inferiores. Sí coincidiera que deseas descansar y en los pisos inferiores celebrar, vas a tener dificultad.
