    Gut gelegenes Apartment, das jedoch schlecht gewartet und gepflegt wird und somit viel zu teuer

    Tolle Lage (keine 100m zum Strand) und Größe des Apartments, jedes Schlafzimmer hat eine separate Klimaanlage, Pool und Liegen ebenfalls gut, zwei Bäder mit Dusche

    Apartment absolut nur oberflächlich gereinigt und Bettwäsche bezogen. Neue Bettwäsche hatte sogar noch Flecken, Schimmel an der Decke in der Dusche, Wasser im Waschbecken läuft nur ganz langsam ab. In der außerhalb von Schlafzimmer liegenden Dusche bleibt das Wasser in der Mitte ca. 2 cm stehen bevor es in der Rinne ablaufen kann. So wie es aussieht ist das Gefälle der Fliesen gar nicht vorhanden. Hier war anscheinend ein "möchte gern Fliesenleger" am Werk der absolut keine Ahnung vom Handwerk hat. Man steht in der Dusche in 2cm stehendem Wasser und muss es mit den Füßen Richtung Ablaufrinne erst wegtun. In der Küche überall Flecken an den Beschlägen und Arbeitsflächen. Weder Geschirr noch Besteck wurde richtig gereinigt. Es waren noch Kaffeflecken in den Tassen zu sehen. Wir waren zufällig draußen am Pool als das Reinigungsteam das Apartment neben unserem gereinigt hatte. Sie waren nach 20 min. schon fertig. Somit wundert es mich nicht, dass die Sauberkeit absolut schlecht ist. Wie kann man ein Apartment in 20 min. gründlich reinigen? Wasserbolier in einem der Bäder über das Sicherheitsventil undicht, Wasser tropft neben das Waschbecken. Ein Popcorn-Eimer war drunter gestellt. Klimaanlagen innen total verdreckt. Diese könnten eine gründliche Reinigung wieder vertragen. Es gibt keine Ersatz Hand- und Badetücher. Dies war letztes Jahr in einem anderen und günstigeren Apartment sogar inklusive. Wir kommen definitiv nicht nochmal. 4 Sterne sind das auf keinen Fall. Preis-Leistung ganz schlecht. Eigentlich Schade weil das Potential da ist, man muss es nur richtig nutzen.
