  The most helpful host we have ever met! An absolute gem of a hotel!

  Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The property itself is beautiful, incredibly clean, and very well-maintained. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the menager!!!. He is, without a doubt, the most helpful and genuinely kind host we have ever encountered in all our travels. No matter how small the issue, he went completely out of his way to help us resolve it immediately. He was incredibly attentive to our needs, happily offering us an extra mattress to ensure our comfort. He even surprised us by playing our national music by the pool, which made us feel so welcome and right at home! On our final day, he generously allowed us to check out late and stay at the hotel free of charge so we wouldn't have to wait on the street before our bus departure and even though our bus was canceled just an hour before departure, he went above and beyond to help us. He immediately called to find out what happened and then helped us find alternative transport. He even spoke with drivers who didn't speak any English. If it weren't for him, we wouldn't have made it! We cannot recommend this place enough. If you are looking for a beautiful stay with world-class hospitality, this is the place to book! Thank you for everything!

  Really happy with the service, we were warmly welcomed by the manager Mr Sunil and fellow staff. We could enjoy going to the beach anytime . Sunil also jumped in to help us with a 2-wheeler renting which at the time seemed impossible. The food was delicious, excellent service . The view and interiors were so pretty and I will highly recommend my friends and family to visit Palmeiras Dourado .

  Efficient and friendly service. Comfortable hotel in stunning location.

  Sunil was most helpful in organising airport taxi in advance of booking and arriving in Goa. Lovely location, great breakfast, comfortable room and although unfortunately I only stayed 1 night - the facilities looked very nice.

  My only concern was the pillow under the case looked old and starting to show signs of some mould.

  Palmeiras Dourado, a gem in south goa

  The rooms are very clean, staff is excellent and the kitchen makes some really good food. The manager sunil is an absolute gentleman, very helpful and accommodating. I was given an upgrade for no charge as it was off season and I was staying for a couple of week, I really appreciated that.

  Its in a slightly isolated part of goa, velsao beach nearby is an excellent. Very quiet and very clean. However if you dont have a car and you are looking to go to a place with some hustle and bustle in terms of cafes and restaurants, its a bit of a challenge. However if you prefer a quiet part of town, this is ideal.

  All of the staff is really helpful, they can also manage a airport pickup. Food was nice and they offer also dinner.
