    Stink bugs basically ruined our stay

    Our room was very spacious and well equipped, beds were comfortable. The pool and sauna area was empty when we were there, so we had it to ourselves. The dinner was tasty (although 2 main dishes out of 7 options weren't available).

    Our main issue, which higly impacted our stay, were about a 100 stink bugs which we found in our room. The room smelled as soon as we walked in, and we saw some almost immediately. After getting a rid of a few ourselves, we realised there were too many, and reported it to the staff. She told us they can't offer us a different room as they were fully booked, but she came upstairs to take care of them with a handheld vacuum cleaner. As they were hiding in the curtains and she wasn't too thorough, we asked her to leave the vacuum so we can get rid of any additional ones ourselves. This went on throughout our stay (which was thankfully only 1 night), to the point that one stink bug was flying into us while we were (unsuccessfully) trying to get to sleep. Other issues we had: Sauna wasn't working, but nobody told us and there was no sign, so we kept trying to turn it on and heat it up (as its not constantly on). It would work for a few minutes and then turn itself off. We were told at check out that they were aware of the issue and have been trying to fix it. It rained a lot during our stay, and the wooden beams which formed the ceiling in our room was dripping in one place. Milk and juice ran out at breakfast, but there was nobody around to top it up.
