In the end, our money was returned and we very fortunately were able to pivot after our reservation was cancelled on us

We didn’t get to see property. The codes to enter weren’t shared with us and we were left outside building, with luggage, no one to greet us, after travelling all day.

The host cancelled our reservation on our arrival because they wanted a photo of our credit card sent outside the Booking.com app, which we stupidly sent, but they were saying they weren’t receiving it to the number they asked us to send it to. After sitting in a restaurant for a couple of hours, going round and round with host, and booking.com, the host cancelled our reservation.

    Was OK

All in all was ok but curtains are missing in the living room. Neighbours can see inside the apartment.

Checkin time was just delayed by 1hr on short-term notice because cleaning was not ready.

Excellent base for a trip to Roma norte

The price was very good for the location and overall quality of the building and room. Pet friendly. Free and safe car park.

    Wifi did not work.
