    So filthy that we returned the key that night and did not stay.

    Nothing. The condition of the apartment was so unacceptable that we could not stay.

    The apartment was filthy and completely unacceptable when we arrived. We found hairs, stains and debris on the bedding, carpet, furniture and bathroom floor, grime around the sink and taps, dirty appliances including a filthy toaster and kettle, a smeared TV, marked walls and damaged areas around the bathroom. There was also an unpleasant smell. Being charged a separate $120 cleaning fee for an apartment in this condition was disgraceful. We entered only long enough to inspect and photograph everything, then left and returned the key to the nominated Ezmart that night. Neither of us stayed a single night. Despite this, the property refused a refund, and my repeated attempts to contact them afterwards went unanswered. The photos speak for themselves. This was easily the worst accommodation experience I have ever had.

    Appartement tres bien situé en centre ville Accès facile aux différents points d intérêt de Melbourne La vue incroyable sur la ville depuis le 49 ème étage Free accès a la piscine, sauna et salle de sport de l immeuble.

    Le canapé lit du salon n etait pas tres confortable. La kitchenette etait moyennement équipée pour cuisiner.
