    처음 들어가자마자 첫 이미지가 우와 깨끗하다였어요 세탁기도 있어서 빨래도 바로바로 해서 너무 편했어요 숙소가 지하철역 인근이라 편했고 근처에 편의점 마트도 가까운 곳에 위치하고 있어서 좋았어요

    Serious attitude issue with some sanitation problem

    Location is O.K not far from the Tengachaya station. The street is dart in the night for ladies who might feel unsecure. However there are no yummy restaurant but Just average local ones.

    The lady who work there is very rude not helpful. It's hard to open the key box in the first place. I was wasting almost 40 minutes in raining day. She even scorned at me on email not able to open the key box properly as guided. I don't graduate form Ivy league college but completed my BA degree. She told me kindergarten kids can open it easily. Even blame for my impatience at the first arrival. When I called the office who don't speak English at all. Besides they asked me about detailed personal information go through their own mandatory registration when you get to the Villa. The last day I met group of people form Southeast Asia at check out. They told me they have a same trouble with a key box. Besides there are bunch of bucks on the corridor. You can see it easily 24/7. Both of ventilation covered with big chunk of dirts on the roof. Room itself is not bad but there are some sanitation and staff attitude issues. Most of Japanese I met are so nice but fortunately she's from some other country other than Japan. Mind that no T.V and no 4 towels for whatever day you stay in. Lastly check in(After 3) & check out(Prior to 10 am) time is akward.
