Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Aussicht, für zwei Familien absolut perfekt.
Ein rundum perfekter Urlaub! Das Ferienhaus war einfach großartig und hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Besonders begeistert hat uns die herrliche Aussicht – einfach wunderschön und jeden Tag aufs Neue ein Highlight. Wir waren mit zwei Familien dort: vier Erwachsene, zwei 18-Jährige und ein 14-Jähriger. Das Haus war für uns perfekt: Es gab mehr als genug Platz und jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer und damit auch genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Gleichzeitig gibt es tolle gemeinsame Bereiche, sodass man wunderbar Zeit zusammen verbringen kann. Auch die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht, war vorhanden. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Es gibt zwei Parkplätze für das Haus, hier wäre ein Carport toll.

Fantastic place for a family or friends to see Crete.
The villa is stunning and set up perfectly for an extended family. We loved the living space which is a great size and there are lots of areas to hang out in (pool, hot tub etc.). The local fish taverna is fantastic. Other lovely beaches a 10 minute drive. Theo and his staff are all so amenable. They sourced us extra cots, high chairs, cleaned midway through the stay and even bought us groceries and a home cooked dinner.

A fantastic quality holiday location for a large group of family and friends.
Perfect location near the quiet village of Gerani. Spacious and very well appointed villa with great views of the sea from the patio area. Spotlessly clean. Amazing infinity pool. Our hosts were wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. The regulator on the gas BBQ failed but Stefania brought us a spare gas BBQ for us to use whilst Theo arranged for the other one to be repaired. The homemade Moussaka brought to us mid week was excellent.

Was a perfect holiday.
The first things you see as you walk through the gates are the beautiful grounds of the villa and the view of the sea and hills, both of which were excellent. The villa itself was finished to a high standard, was spacious and the layout of the rooms were a good design. The local village was a 15 minute stroll up a slowly climbing hill where you will find a couple of supermarkets and a few restaurants/bars, which was ideal when we didn’t fancy cooking ourselves or travelling into Rethymno. The host surprised us with a homemade Moussaka and salad (for 10 people!) which was lovely and very convenient for our last day. The little cove is a 10 minute walk downhill but a steep walk back up, so may not suit everyone. Only 12/15 minutes drive into Rethymno, for a long sandy beach, shops and restaurants/bars. Fantastic holiday!
