    NO HOT WATER OR ELECTRIC IN KITCHKEN

    location and views

    there was a problem with the electric , our room had NO hot water and the kitchen although having oven and cooking facilities were not working . when we contacted the host/owner who had always replied to our messages promptly went quiet and only responded to say checkout was before 11:00am and never responded to the electric / hot water problem. NOT GOOD . update : after having various converstions with the host who contacted us after the original review he has declined to any form of compensation and says :"Yes, we understand the complaints, but as we've already said, we didn't realize the issue and couldn't react in time. It's been three weeks since the booking, and the payment was made some time ago. Furthermore, with that 5-star rating, we're losing much more than just money. A review that bad is far worse." i shall be contacting booking . com in the morning.
