I would stay again
It had everything we needed, hot shower, good wifi, little kitchen. Location was decent to metro and restaurants. A little expensive but it was worth it.
On the ground floor next to entrance to building, so in the mornings people slamming the door on their way out to go to work. The street light enters the door at night making it pretty bright. I used a sleep mask so it wasn't an issue. Bidet had an insane amount of water pressure. Fridge was a little cold but not much. Pillows could use an update.

Great place!!!
Everything was clean and tidy. We stayed 3 nights at the studio any there was nothing to complain about. The location was nice for people who want to visit the 3 Art museums in Madrid.

Good tourist location but with some irritating issues.
The location regarding access to Madrid was great, right next to the Retiro Park and walking distance to lots of other facilities
The first thing is the toilet which is squashed in a tiny corner of the bathroom and awkward to access and use, not suitable for tall or large guests. The second aspect was that it is located on the ground floor right next to the main entrance of the apartment block which it is part of. The apartment block has a heavy glass and steel door which clangs shut every time somebody arrives and leaves. This is heard very loud in the room. This happens often during the day and till quite late a night.

Amazing city break bolt hole
The apartment was excellent - very well laid out with everything you need for a city break Very clean - bed very comfortable. All decoration and facilities were lovely / new and modern Kitchen was just what you need for a quick breakfast/lunch Bathroom and shower were great and exceptionally clean Location is a bit out of the way but 2 tram stops were within 5-10 minutes walk but in a nice one way street with shops and bars 2 minutes away Will definitely go back here soon - thanks 😊 Highly recommended 🤩
Toilet is a bit cramped but perfectly usable Some people have commented on the noise of the door closing in the apartment block next door but we didn’t have any real problems - yes you can hear now and again but this is city living Highly recommended stay

Perfect for short term trip!
Nice designed, well maintained and clean. Near the park and essay access to the city center.
A bit noisy as we are directly in the street
