    With a bus stop right outside the door, and a ferry terminal just down the hill, it was easy to get around. The layout of the unit and kitchen facilities were excellent. The convenience store next door stocked everything we needed to self cater.

    The dining area could be very noisy with crockery and cutlery on the stone top table and the chairs on the hard floor. The 3rd bedroom was a bit claustrophobic, and it would be better to have a king single bed to allow a little more room to move. The balcony was in need of a good clean. There was a sticky mess under the table, and in spite of reporting it and sending a photo as requested, nothing was done to clean it. The bathroom needs some hooks for clothes, rather than having to put them on the floor or on the lid of the toilet.

    Excellent for the needs of 4 friends, but just a few maintenance issues.

    Location was good, though the entry through the smelly alley was unpleasant. We never used the stairs and before I met her, Jill was sweeping them - would have been better if she'd swept the LIFT! I swept it myself, but it was still dirty and needs to be mopped and have the walls polished. Not a good Entry Statement.

    I have left a list! You really need someone to attend to the several small maintenance issues. First thing was the drain in the upstairs bathroom - FULL OF HAIR! Made the shower overflow so there was water to the door! I cleaned out the muck (see photo). I cleaned the grate properly to give the cleaner something to follow.
