l'appart est grand et proche du centre ville, assez confort et pratique pour la viste.
le quartier est sympas avec belle architecture, et pas loin du centre
la poubelle n'est meme pas vidée à notre arrivée.

Me gustó el salón y que era muy acogedor. Las instalaciones estaban en buen estado
El check out se podía hacer a las 15:00 y lo hicimos a las 19:00 cuando llegamos al alojamiento estaba sin limpiar. No pudimos entrar hasta las 20:30 porque tenían que limpiarlo. Reclamé una compensación por no poder entrar a nuestra hora y nos han negado la compensación.

In general, this was an unpleasant stay.
The property is well located. The property is fairly modern on the inside of the unit. It was nice and quiet.
The key was not in the lockbox as described when we arrived. Manager called the staff who had taken it by mistake who brought it back after a 10 minute wait. We paid for a 2 bedroom apartment. Only one bedroom had pillowcases and duvet covers. The second bedroom was not made up. The pillows and duvet cover had no covers. There were no extra pillow cases or sheets in the unit for us to make up the bed ourselves. There was salt on the black stove top when we arrived so the cleanliness of the unit was in question. There was a large bottle of shampoo on the floor of the shower, but there was no conditioner nor body wash as is the custom with a well managed rental. The original description of the unit did not indicate that the unit is on the third floor and there is no lift. (My husband had a fall during our travel and this became quite problematic.) I emailed the manager the day before we departed asking for help getting our luggage down the steep stairs. Despite his introductory note indicating we should let him know if we have "any questions or need assistance during your stay, feel free to reach out" he just chose to ignore our request and not respond. The external hallways on all three floors are cluttered with maintenance items (like a vacuum etc.)
