    Not safe and had roaches.

    This place is a safety hazard. The lock on the door was faulty, a stranger opened my door and they had roaches. While I was there someone walked up to the door from the outside, entered a code, unlocked and opened the door. I told them someone was in the unit and they ran away. The problem then got worse when I told the owner and they immediately told me they couldn’t change the code since “they’re personalized for each guest” which was BS because a stranger (later confirmed by the maintenance lady it was the previous guest code used) opened the door while I was In the unit. The owner was not very helpful through the process of figuring out the issue. I wasted my vacation time sitting around waiting for someone to come look at the lock, change the codes and then replace the batteries. When booking reached out to the owner the statement given was that there was never an incident and they couldn’t prove it. Mind you the maintenance lady told me who used the code also why not check the cameras like she said. They wouldn’t give me a refund to find another place to stay while they figured it out. The next morning I woke Up and the door was unlocked again. I left A day early as I was Traveling alone and don’t feel safe staying there with lock issues, the owner not wanting to take accountability and roaches. Wasted my hard earned money.
