    Okay but could have been better

    The staff provided great service. There was plenty of parking. The hotel was clean and in good repair. The artwork was great to look at. The location was convenient.

    They gave the room we booked to someone else. The first room they offered us was not great. The second room was a nice room but it was enormous and lacked the cozy charm we were hoping for that weekend. The restaurant was closed on site. There was no option to use the streaming services on the TV and the staff said it was because it would take too much bandwith which seems a little lame for 2026. You are reduced to watching cable TV which is painful.

    Enjoyed this hotel!

    There was a lot of variety for the breakfast and food quality was good. Seats are pretty low to ground for someone with a spinal condition/mobility issue, but we were fortunate to find one higher seat beside the buffet area the previous evening which was good. We enjoyed the uniqueness of Retro Suites and found the room very comfortable.

    It was a fantastic themed (each room has different theme) hotel. It's an interesting place but felt like a luxury room. Best night sleep at a hotel.
