Štúdio primerane zariadené - strávili sme tam 6 dní. Priestranná terasa so sťahovacou roletou. Parkovacie miesto v garáži v cene ubytovania. Obchod s tovarom dennej potreby hneď pri vchode. Centrum mesta 10-12 minút chôdze. Boli tam pripravené kapsuly kávy (po 2 kusy na každý deň), 1,5 litrová fľaša minerálky v chladničke.
