    Cleaness and the location

    Unfortunately, there was no hot water when we arrived. The children wanted to take a shower, but the water was extremely cold. We were not informed in advance about this important issue, which was very disappointing and made our stay uncomfortable. Guests should be informed beforehand if an essential amenity such as hot water is unavailable

    Het is een schoon, prettig en ruim appartement

    Het was heel schoon. Verhuurder was goed bereikbaar en reageerde heel snel op opmerkingen. Een aantal zaken werden binnen 1-2 dagen opgelost. Hele fijne locatie en maar een paar minuten lopen naar de Rijn. Mochten we nog eens naar Duisburg gaan, ga ik zeker weer oo deze locatie boeken.

    Nur zum Übernachten super.

    Super Lage zum Rhein. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt (2 Tage) gut.

    Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig und die Nachbarn nicht unbedingt leise. Warum das Doppelbett direkt angrenzend ohne weitere Abtrennung im Wohnzimmer steht, hat sich uns nicht erschlossen - eine Schiebetür oder ein Vorhang zwischen Schlafbereich und Wohnbereich wäre problemlos möglich.

    Hervorragende Alternative zu überteuerten Hotels. Die Lage ist gut. Bis zum Zentrum von Duisburg ist es nicht weit. Genügend Parkplätze im umliegenden Wohngebiet. Guter Bäcker für das Frühstück direkt ums Eck. Ein Aldi ist nicht weit. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.
