    Not the right location for a residential stay - too remote from any amenities and FAR too noisy.

    Overall, the apartment was in good condition, spacious enough, and Simone's communication and comprehensive instructions / information before my arrival was efficient and helpful. I also met him in the reception one morning and he was very friendly and offered further assistance if needed, however...

    - I did not realise from the promotional photos that the apartment is right in the middle of an industrial estate, surrounded by factories that worked all through the night and made a lot of noise, including one building with a really loud intruder alarm that went off at around 03:45 EVERY NIGHT of the 3 nights I stayed (sometimes once, sometimes twice, just as you tried to get back to sleep). As I was working long days at the exhibition centre, I really needed some decent rest, but couldn't get any. - The options for getting anything to eat and drink were very limited, there are two vending machines in the reception, one containing just a few biscuits, crisps and bottles of water, and another one for getting tiny cups of tea / coffee, but which stopped working on the second night. This was all the more relevant given the very remote location of the apartment, where there are no shops of any kind for miles around, and only a couple of restaurants within walking distance (both of which are pretty terrible). - Whilst the apartment was pretty clean overall, the bottom of the shower enclosure was covered in pink mould / bacteria, which could easily have been removed with a suitable cleaning product, and the sofa needs a very deep steam clean...! :/

    appartement fonctionnel et commode pour aller au salon 20 mn à pied

    Proche du salon donc très pratique, l'espace de l'appartement est grand , tout ce qu'il faut en basique , equipe très bien, vrai douche chaude

    pas un brin de sel, poivre, huile, sopalin, thé, café , sucre ... à prévoir les luminaires de l'appartement sont trop puissant (désagréable) la télé n'est que italienne... pas possible de se rancher dessus
