Lovely stay in a peaceful location
The property is in a lovely, quiet location. The room was clean & comfortable, and we loved the hot tub ! Alwyn & Awen were very friendly hosts and the breakfast was excellent. There is a nice lounge & TV, as well as a well stocked kitchen.

Terrible
The only positive to take from this stay was that the breakfast was edible at least.
The entire facility was filthy, my room needed to be wiped of cobwebs and spiders. The bed sheets had to be shaken just incase of insects. Kitchen was filthy, kitchen floors weren't cleaned from one day to the next. Living room area was dated, again full of cobwebs and spiders, carpets not hoovered and sticky tables from previous use. Hot tub! DO NOT USE. Stagnant water, full of worms, maggots and bugs. Filter didn't work and I specifically asked if this could be used before the stay. The host said it was usable and continued to show us how to use it and where it was. The hot tub was also in view of the hosts living room. We could see him. He could see us. The tub was away from the rooms. No cooking or facilities to heat food. Nothing to assist with meal prep. The fridge was full of gone off food which we had to try and dispose of but unfortunately no disposable facilities just an empty bin with no liner. No recycling. We were told breakfast was going to be earlier due to cattle TB testing so we were knocked up at 8am for breakfast. The whole stay was a disaster and I wouldn't recommend to any individual for any reason. Explained to the host about all the issues above and also explained a formal review would be left for trust pilot. This didn't matter. I left a night early as a result of the terrible experience and I was also refused a refund.

Excellent, welcoming B & B run by lovely genuine people.
Warm welcome, friendly and respectful. Excellent breakfast choices and quality.
Nothing to dislike. Bathroom door was very heavy and needed effort to open. Approach lanes are narrow and could be off putting, but not for us

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY
THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCEPTIONAL BEAUTIFULLY COOKED WITH TOP QUALITY WELSH PRODUCE. ACCESS TO HOT DRINKS AT ALL TIMES SO ABLE TO ENJOY A FRESH LATE NIGHT HOT CHOCOLATE. THE VENUE WAS INTERESTING SET ON A FARM WITH A LOVELY WOODLAND WALK.
I LIKED IT ALL BUT I SUPPOSE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN EVEN BETTER IF THERE WAS ELECTRIC CHARGING FACILTITIES
