Ein luxuriöser und unvergesslicher Safari-Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Service, sehr gutem Essen und fantastischen Game
Die Lodge ist sehr luxuriös und wunderschön gestaltet. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, der Service jederzeit sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Game Drives: Mein Fahrer/Guide war sehr kompetent, erfahren und hat die Fahrten zu einem echten Erlebnis gemacht.
Es gab nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

Amazing wildlife and excellent guide, but service and food were disappointing
The game drives and our guide Thato were excellent – we saw lions, cheetahs, elephants, hyaena and wild dogs. Unforgettable wildlife experience.
The service and food quality were very disappointing: · No one took our breakfast order – we had to walk to the buffet station ourselves to place our order · The steak was so tough and dry that I couldn't eat it – even the replacement was just as bad. The waitress didn’t even ask a word even she saw the steak replacement was left untouched on the plate. · My son's water glass was empty throughout dinner, while staff actively topped up wine for other guests. · Lunch portions were too small; my son's pasta wasn't enough to fill him. · Our flight was 11:30, but staff kept saying 11:00 – careless and not attentive to guest’s flight schedule. · The fireplace kept going out because the logs were too big. We called reception a few times around 11pm but no one answered. • At check-out, we had to ask for help with our luggage. When staff came, they waited outside the room for us to carry the bags out, rather than coming in to assist. · At check-out, the staff only said "Bye" – no "Have a safe flight", no "Thank you for staying", no "Hope to see you again". It felt cold and impersonal, especially compared to how we saw them greeting other guests during our stay. Overall: Wildlife and guide = 5 stars. Service, food, and attention to detail = need serious improvement.

Luna di miele INDIMENTICABILE
Rhulani è un piccolo paradiso in terra! La struttura è organizzata in modo impeccabile, pulitissima e curata con grande gusto in ogni dettaglio. Lo staff è semplicemente straordinario: gentilezza, garbo e attenzione autentica verso gli ospiti rendono ogni momento speciale e ogni esigenza viene soddisfatta con grande disponibilità. La cucina merita anch'essa una menzione particolare: cibo gustosissimo e di alta qualità, con forti radici locali e rivisitati per ogni gusto (impiattato come in un ristorante stellato)! Le escursioni safari sono organizzate alla perfezione. Ogni veicolo è equipaggiato con tutto il necessario – coperte, poncho, borse dell’acqua calda e molto altro – e la qualità dei ranger è davvero eccellente. Una menzione speciale va all’indimenticabile super ranger Ralf! Magnifiche anche le soste per gli spuntini, immersi nella natura e circondati da paesaggi meravigliosi. Abbiamo soggiornato per quattro notti e riteniamo che sia una durata perfettamente equilibrata: né troppo breve né troppo lunga… anche se, al momento della partenza, non si vorrebbe più andare via! Possiamo esprimere soltanto profonde parole di grande apprezzamento per un soggiorno semplicemente perfetto. Se fosse possibile assegnare 15 stelle, lo faremmo senza esitazione. Non solo consigliamo la struttura, fatta da persone speciali, ma la raccomandiamo vivamente! Grazie di cuore, Rhulani, e grazie a tutti voi! Siete stati fantastici e conserveremo a lungo uno splendido ricordo di questa esperienza. Speriamo un giorno di poter tornare.
