Dated room facilities, but Moha’s incredible helpfulness and outstanding hospitality made our stay wonderful!
Staff member Moha provided exceptional service! When we arrived, he took the time to explain the Fes map and key locations in great detail. When we checked out to move to another Riad on the next street, he saw us moving and proactively carried all of our luggage there for us—100/100 service! Also, staying in the annex building was very convenient as it has an elevator. The bathroom is clean and not smelly
The interior of the room feels a bit old and could use some updating, particularly the door, wardrobe, and bathroom facilities

Mohammed çok ilgili ve yardımsever bir çalışan olarak, her şeyimizle ayrı ayrı ilgilendi. Otopark için önceden konum gönderdi, ulaştığımızda yer yoktu, kendisi bizzat gelerek aracımızı park etmemizi sağladı. Şehir ile ilgili görülmesi gereken tüm noktalar için çok detaylı anlatım verdi. Standart Fas kahvaltısı vardı ama yeterliydi. Diğer tüm garson ve çalışanlar da çok güler yüzlü ve yardım severlerdi. Otelin güzel bir terası vardı ve gece oturması için çok uygundu. Konumu hem araç ile ulaşmak için şehrin kenarında çok uygundu hem de tarihi şehri yürüyerek gezebilmek için her yere çok yakındı.
