The communication for the departure transfer was quite poor. Taking into consideration that it was a service with an extra charge it really disappointed us. Our driver was 1 hour late and when he arrived we was driving like crazy and didn’t even know where he was going. He had to ask strangers for instructions. We never offered any compensation for that.
