    La ubicación. El Riad es bonito

    Lamentablemente tuvimos una muy mala experiencia en el Riad debido al comportamiento de unos de los trabajadores en la recepción. Nos dieron una habitación al lado de la recepción y el personal estuvo mandando y recibiendo mensajes de WhatsApp con el volumen altisimo durante toda la noche. Añadido a ello, a las 5:30 am recibieron un grupo de unos 15 turistas y los sentaron en un espacio justo al lado de nuestra habitación, teniendo otros espacios cerrados del Riad disponibles. Había mucho ruido durante todo el check in de los turistas y el personal culpó a los propios viajeros por el ruido, cuando fueron ellos quienes tuvieron la responsabilidad de ubicar a los huéspedes en otro espacio o prever si eso va a ocurrir y darnos una habitación fuera de la recepción.
