    Superb

    This is an authentic Moroccan Riad and is expertly yet simply decorated in a lovely and safe community complex (just outside Medina 5-10 minute walk into actual Medina). Think huge pottery, larger than life lampshades and tiles galore. The liaison person, Abdou is friendly. There are few basic cafes for authentic Moroccan food that is cheap for Marrakech. The pools are used by the community so they are cooling as opposed to relaxing (great and lots of kids). The property has everything you need to self cater and a washing machine. The roof terrace is really really relaxing place to unwind at night.

    2 out of three showers only work by holding the handle which just results in not as relaxing experience as it should be. The third floor has a bath/shower-head so simple bracket would make a difference, the second (in the twin room) the pipe seems too stiff so the shower-head can’t face downwards, meaning you have to hold it. These are small things and would not prevent me coming back but would improve our stay.

    Lovely community, felt safe plenty of room I would stay again.

    Nice decorations, clean, spacious, communal pool, roof terrace.

    Ac didn’t work in the living room or the children’s bedroom so it was hot and had to let the children sleep with me. No English tv channels on cable tv.

    Absolutely stunning house in a beautiful and very safe location.

    The house is absolutely gorgeous and it’s huge! Different rooms are on different levels so it’s really spacious. And it’s beautifully decorated. The roof terrace is lovely, too. And the location is great inside a secure residence so it feels really safe and quiet. There are shops and cheap but good restaurants inside the residence which is very useful. it’s not inside the medina but very easy to get to by foot.

    The riyad was well decorated and had everything close by.

    Unfortunately, the pools were closed, and that was a shame.
