    J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel est très agréable, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Mohamed, le réceptionniste, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. C’est très appréciable d’être accueilli avec autant de sourire et de bienveillance. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

    Très bien

    Accueil Mohamed très professionnel. A tout mis en place pour faciliter notre arrivée, excellent merci. Restaurant serveur..M bappé très bon également. La chambre est le cadre de l'établissement à couper le souffle. Si vous passez à Fès lieu incontournable. 👍👍

    Will defo be returning

    Its beautiful absolutley stunnung . Rooms and every where very clean. Food is stunning . Good value for what you get.

    Only downfall is the cocktails are mocktails no alcohol served. The staff were lovely Mr Mohammed was brilliant but he wasnt anywhere to be seen i did have to keep texting .
