    Home away from a home with local attributes

    It felt like a home away from a home. All the staff made you feel very welcome especially Ahmed & Yassine they were incredible. The lady who did my hammam & massage was so lovely.

    Overall ok, but not a four star hotel.

    The service is good. Price quality ratio is also not bad.

    The facility is too old compared to other Riad we had. It’s hardly believable that it is a four star hotel. (Based on what criteria?) Our other 3 star hotels are even better.

    I was robed when I went for a day trip from the riad. Avoid.

    Breakfast

    I was robbed in that property. Someone took 100$ from my wallet when we went for a day trip on Saturday. The property demands tourist tax to be paid in cash, so be aware of scams, as the manager wanted some money from us that didn’t add up 25 MAD per person per day x 2 persons x 3 days somehow it became 160 ?. Ti get to property you need to walk through narrow streets full of small kids begging you for money and harassing you, shouting after you etc. Pictures of the property are up tuned - it is not so colourful. It is old property. Air conditioning is not working, and bery loud, just a fan was working - the air was not cooling. And mind one of the night managers who wanted us to pay tourist tax in cash day before checkout. Believe me, we traveled a lot of countries and cities, including remote places in Asia, and werw never robbed and scammed. Avoid.
