  Die Freundlichkeit

  Leider standen viele beworbene Leistungen nicht zur Verfügung. Es gab zwar ein Pool, aber rundherum waren Bauarbeiten, also konnte man nicht hinein. Es gab auch eine Sauna, wurde aber nicht aufgedreht weil es zu heiß.war. Es gab auch Frühstück! Aber erst ab 9.30. Da wir jeden Tag eine Tour gemacht haben und schon um 8.00 abgeholt wurden gab es für uns nichts. Denn " early breakfast" war nicht möglich. Es gab auch einen Kasten und mehrere Kästchen für unsere Kleidung und Utensilien. Aber sämtliche Läden hatten keine Griffe. Sie waren also nicht zu öffnen. Es gab die ersten 40 Stunden kein Warmwasser. Im Badezimmer blätterte die Farbe von der Decke. Sämtliche Türen waren verzogen, sodass sie nur mit viel Kraft und Lärm geöffnet werden konnten. Und es gab niemanden der Englisch verstand. Uns wurde nur französisch angeboten, was wir dann mehr schlecht als recht probiert haben. Alle unsere Beschwerden vor Ort wurden freundlich verschleppt, mit dem Hinweis, dass wir darüber mit jemand anderen reden müssen. Das war unsere Erfahrung!

  A good Riad with exceptional staff

  Mr Noureddine helped us with our arrival and departure. He woke up at 4 AM to take us to thr taxi stand nearby. Prepared a breakfast to go An amazingly gentle person. He was professional, welcoming.

  Location was a bit far from the jamma al fina. Less options for restaurants.

  Foi muito boa, fomos extremamente bem tratados pela equipe.

  Estar na medida inicialmente é um choque, pois são apenas vielas e no início assusta, o Hotel esta muito bem localizado na medida, próximo a porta de entrada que facilita muito chegar com as malas. O hotel é bom, mas precisa de reparos, o grande bônus é certamente o serviço é excepcional, com destaque para o Salah e Noureddine que fizeram toda diferença, eles são incríveis, nos ajudaram em absolutamente tudo. Voltaria ao hotel pela hospitalidade dos dois, e também do pessoal da cozinha (que não lembro o nome), e as moças da limpeza.

  Infelizmente eu reservei o hotel pelo fato de ter frigobar, mas infelizmente não tinha, inicialmente isso me deixou um pouco chateada, no entanto o maravilhoso atendimento do Salah e do Noureddine compensou esse problema inicial.

  Los colchones son muy duros y se hace complicado poder dormir
