  Great, convenient and comfortable stay

  Azzeddine was a great host - he met us at the beginning and assisted us throughout. He was very accomodating and helpful. No place is perfect, but for our requirements as a young family, it fulfilled our needs perfectly and was a very easy place to stay. With shops, fresh bread and hot food 20 seconds walk from the Riad, you could not ask for anything better. The compound makes life so much easier, particularly the pool for the children.

  Tout était absolument formidable ! Dès la réservation effectuée, Azzedine m'a contacté, même tard dans la nuit, pour nous guider et nous assister pas à pas jusqu'à notre arrivée. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement avec le sourire, un délicieux thé de bienvenue et des gâteaux marocains. ​Tout au long du séjour, il a toujours répondu présent dès que nous avions besoin d'aide. La maison est un véritable tableau artistique, parfaitement équipée, avec une équipe et un service irréprochables. Nous voulions tellement prolonger notre séjour d'une semaine supplémentaire, mais le logement était malheureusement déjà complet. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

  Azzedine is genuinely one of the best people I have met. He is naturally helpful, kind and always willing to go the extra mile. His exceptional customer service takes the overall experience to another level, and I hope the owner recognises what an asset he is. I had read many reviews mentioning Azzedine by name, and after meeting him, I completely understood why. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay, and the way he handled them was exceptional. The area is excellent for families and feels very safe. The residential compound is secure, with security guards at the entrance. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, barbers and hair salons within walking distance. The mosque is literally two minutes away, and Coin du Village is a good, very reasonably priced restaurant nearby. Overall, almost everything you could need is within a short walk.

  The only downside was that the swimming pool is not private and is shared with residents of the compound. We also experienced a couple of minor issues, but Azzedine dealt with them so quickly and professionally that they did not affect our overall stay.
