    The spa and hammam was lovely here. Massage was wonderful. The riad itself is peaceful but the website is very misleading.

    The communication with the riad via whatsapp was hit and miss. Prior to arriving they were responsive but we had booked an airport transfer on arriva via the riadl and it wasnt there. We tried contacting the riad for at least 45 minutes and no one was getting back to us. Clearly NOT a 24 hour front desk as described. We had also asked for dinner on arrival as we were landing late and this was not organised as agreed prior to arrival. The 2nd day, the lady at front desk did apologise however our short trip started off rocky. The room whilst clean had a distinct drainage smell that was there through the entirety of our stay. The roof top area was clean but v quiet. No alcohol is served here. The room was smaller than described on booking.com
