    Emplacement idéal et personnel très gentil ! La chambre était magnifique et propre. Le cadre très calme et reposant…

    Nous aurions aimé des spécialités Marocaines au petit déjeuner comme on peut le voir dans les boulangerie / pâtisserie de la ville mais c’était quand même très bon

    A bit dishonest behaviour treating first-time traveller in their country

    The hardware of the hotel was pretty good. Rooftop breakfast was nice. Breakfast attendant was kind and made a sumptuous breakfast.

    It's more of a human issue. When i checked in, the guy there gave me a much smaller room. He gave me a bunch of reasons to give me another room but when i asked why he didn't give me the room i booked, he didn't answer me directly. I asked explicitly if he had given my room away, he said no. So after a few hours of negotiating, he finally gave me the room i booked. I later on realized that he didn't give me my room because i was travelling solo and i had booked the biggest room in the riad. But i find it crazy, i was willing to pay and that's the room i wanted to stay in , i don't know why he would just fool me into another room. Although he's been nice during the rest of my stay, it couldn't really make up the bad first impression. Plus there was no help on luggage on check-out whatsoever which is very rare in hotels.
