  We liked the location, walking reach to everything really but enough out the way so there wasnt too much noise. The beds and rooms were very comfy and we was very happy with it. The breakfast was good

  The hot tub clearly hasn't been cleaned properly, they must just put cleaner in it that's all. So it stung my eyes just being near it and it just hasn't had a good wipe down for a while. The room on the whole was clean, were little parts that wasnt! But not enough to worry us to much. And couple of bathroom bits not working properly.

  Sehr nettes Personal.

  Zimmer wahren sehr dunkel, da wenig Tageslicht den Raum erreichte.

  We had an excellent 5 nights at Riad Flam and Spa and the staff were exceptional!

  Riad Flam was fabulous!! The breakfast was fresh and plentiful: different types of bread, fresh fruit, yoghurts, eggs, cakes, orange juice, mint tea and more. We had dinner one night at the Riad and that too was delicious and plentiful. You will never go hungry at Riad Flam and Spa!! The location of the Riad was out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the medina but near enough to be 'in the thick of things' within a 7 minute walk. The narrow alleyways, with shops, aromas, chatter, motorbikes, children playing, enthusiastic traders and more, were all within a short walking distance. Our room was on the ground floor (as requested by us) and was very spacious... many thanks for meeting our request and attending to our needs. There was plenty wardrobe space for clothes, shoes etc. and our suitcases fitted in too! The air-conditioning was very much needed and welcomed. The Riad itself was located at the end of a typical derb (alleyway) and initially felt quite intimidating. However, we were reassured that the area was very safe and indeed that was absolutely the case. I feel I must mention the staff who were absolutely fantastic. Their service, attendance, charm, sense of humour, diligence, efficiency and calmness were outstanding. A special mention goes to Issam, Hussain and Najla who started work at the front desk 2 days after we arrived. Najla was on point and you would not have known she was new to the job. Good luck Najla, we wish you well! All of the staff we encountered were superb! Thank you team Riad Flam and Spa!!

  We found our room to be quite dark even with the lights on but realised and appreciated this is mainly to do with the typical design of riads. However, it was a very small issue which we became accustomed to.

  El desayuno en las terrazas es algo muy bonito; las habitaciones son una maravilla. El equipo es muy servicial; un día que estábamos un poco saturados de comer, nos prepararon una cena ligera, lo cual se agradece, especial mención a la experiencia en el hammam.
