The location was easily accessible with a car and close to the Medina by car. It was also easy to find parking in front of the hotel. The rooms have AC which made it very comfortable during the heatwave in Marrakesh. The rooms were clean enough and the beds were comfortable and bedding clean.
The rooms didn't quite match the photos we had seen, perhaps it's because we were given a different room because there was a problem with ours which we found very proactive. The swimming and gardens are not located within the hotel, it is a huge residential area and the pool is public and there are no private gardens. This was not clear for us at all when booking.

tout était très bien, la chambre simple mais propre, literies très confortables, l'emplacement en dehors mais pas loin de la médina et surtout personnel au top, un grand merci à Amal et Fatima pour leur gentillesse et qui nous ont gâtées tous les matins au petit déjeuner .

Sicherer, ruhiger Teil der Stadt und Abstellen des Autos. Zum Frühstück gibt es Filterkaffee.
Die Klimaanlage hat nach kurzer Benutzung angefangen zu tropfen, es gab kein Fenster nach außen, wodurch keine Möglichkeit zu lüften bestand. Im Badezimmer gab es a keine Lüftung, das Wasser ist nicht abgelaufen und die Gastgeberinnen können kein Englisch, lediglich gebrochen Französisch. Die Türen des Zimmers waren wie Schranktüren und hatten einen breiten Spalt in der Mitte, wodurch alles überall hörbar war.
