Would stay here again
A really great place - an oasis in the medina. Excellent terraces on the roof top and plenty of greenery and a tinkling fountain near the pool making a cool restful area. Comfortanle room with aircon. Good restaurants close by (Cafe Bazaar).
The staff need a better understanding of guest comfort. For example, washing down the terrace with bleach just before breakfast. And sounds amplify so staff talking becomes very loud and disturbing in the afternoon and evening.

Traditional hotel
Good location if you want to be close to the markets in the centre of Marrakesh. Staff was nice. Our room was cute, typical Arabic vibe, the hotel's terrace has views of the city, as all rooftops around.
Breakfast is quite basic, we were hoping the food to be a bit better. It's not bad, but not great either. I asked for non-diary milk, which fair enough they didn't have, but the staff said they'll get some for next morning, which they didn't. Some ants in the bathroom, it didn't bothered us much... but something to look at for the hotel managers.
