  One of the highlights of visiting Marrakech was staying here

  The Riad is located on a small side street, a little off of one of the main streets, and very close to the most beautiful of the entry gates to the walled inner city (Medina), Bab Agnou. It was very easy to find and return to, even late at night, because the street is well light and always busy with shops and local fast food restaurants (which actually served the second-best food we found in the city, the best being the dinner we had at our riad in the first day). The two gentlemen at the reception were excellent throughout our stay, helping us with everything. And the rest of the staff, which we encountered only briefly, did their jobs impeccably and were always very friendly. From what we've seen around the city, the quality of the riad itself is very good and they maintain a high standard of service. The room was small, but it contained a large and very comfortable bed, a walled-in cupboard with sufficient shelves and hangers, and a bathroom which had an excellent walk-in shower, hot water always, and even an extendable line for hanging clothes, or towels to dry, everything beautifully painted and decorated. We had breakfast every morning on the shaded roof terrace, the food served was not buffet-style but brought directly by one of the gentlemen at the reception, and it was very plentiful and tasty, including eggs, bread, vegetables, pastries, pancakes, cakes, cream cheese, fresh orange juice, tea and coffee every time. Overall the experience of staying here was great, to say the least.

  Abdul and Isam!! They were the most amazing people I’ve ever had whilst staying somewhere. Always on hand to answer questions and give recommendations. Both very kind and gentle natured too.

  Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen standen sie jederzeit mit hilfreichen Vorschlägen bereit. Zum Frühstück gab es täglich etwas neues sehr leckeres und auch das Abendessen ist wirklich zu empfehlen.
