    Helaas hebben wij een zeer slechte ervaring gehad met deze riad in Marrakesh. Er werd ons maar liefst €50 gevraagd voor een taxirit, terwijl dezelfde rit met Uber slechts €18 kostte. Dat is een enorm verschil en voelt allesbehalve eerlijk en klantvriendelijk. Daarnaast moesten we betalen voor drankjes die we helemaal niet hadden gedronken. Dit gaf ons het gevoel dat er onterecht extra kosten in rekening werden gebracht. In plaats van ons welkom en op ons gemak te voelen, hielden we er een nare ervaring aan over. De manier waarop er met gasten en betalingen wordt omgegaan, vonden wij zeer teleurstellend.

    The management, cleanness, taste in every detail, the breakfast, the location and the staff are an authentic perfection!! 100% recommended and will be back for sure!

    Peaceful and beautiful

    Very beautiful riad and kind helpful staff. We loved our room, it had many pretty details, the bed was extremely comfortable, and generally it was calm and peaceful.

    Very friendly and helpful staff (big shout out to Placio Ossama :) The Riad is perfectly located for souks, YSL garden and museum, and El Fnaa. I would definitely stay again.
